Expenses are deducted from total clinic revenue first. Commission is then calculated on revenue after expenses; lab deductions follow the monthly lab rule. Available from October 2026. October 2026 lab deduction is fixed at 20%. From November, lab deductions follow your commission percentage: own patients 45%; clinic patients 20% below target or 25% at target.
