Expenses come off the complete clinic revenue, including all patient sources. They are spread across visits in proportion to gross revenue, then commission is recalculated at each visit’s applicable rate. Available from October 2026. October 2026 lab deduction is fixed at 20%. From November, lab deductions follow your commission percentage: own patients 45%; clinic patients 20% below target or 25% at target.
